Was going here every other day for over a year on my morning commute and used the Dunkin app. Relatively consistent food and service. However the Dunkin app doesn't always match availability of muffins/donuts for the location (inventory doesn't always update) and have to make a decision a the window, kind of annoying.
Reasons why they're getting 3/5 is because they NEVER stir the damn coffee. STIR THE COFFEE IT DOESN'T HAVE RABIES!
My coffee gets 2 things: almond milk and a flavor shot. A quick 3 second vigorous stir won't hurt anything. Instead they put a lid on it, do a quick flick of the wrist and consider that a stir. Nothing like sucking up all of the flavoring or almond milk that is resting on the bottom.
Other thing is the service lately has been falling off. They have frequently forgot straws, given the wrong order, missing items, and that was after prime time when there was no line. -

Why are East Coast Dunkin Donuts locations better than West Coast locations? This branch in New Jersey is so much better than California DDs!
Fine service! Clean establishment. Yummy Boston Creme donut!! Do they use different dough here or what? Seriously, why are East Coast Dunkin Donuts better than the West Coast? Nice!! -

Just a small town off the highway DD. They do a good job and i stop here at least once a month. Not much to say but they will always be a stop once i get into NJ!

I was in town and this dunkin donuts was near my hotel. On my way to work decided to pick up a quick coffee and donuts for myself and a couple coworkers. The lady at the window was extremely rude and just kind of shoved my bag at me. When I got to work and opened my bag, the donuts were all smashed together and just thrown in the bag. The frosting was stuck all over the bag.. No paper napkins... Probably will not return...

I felt the need to update this review today, despite the fact that I'm basically about to repeat what I said in 2013. So, just like back then, a night out of my apartment led me to this DD's drive-thru.
But "usually pleasant" (as mentioned in my prior review) isn't nice enough to describe the staff here. This morning, the line of at least 5-7 cars in front of me moved so fast that I was at the ordering window in no time. They were so peppy -- but not annoyingly peppy -- as I ordered and also when I picked up my coffee/muffin! It was great!
The whole visit lasted about three minutes total and reminded me why I love DD's coffee so much.
